True. And it's happening. The new Aug.-Sept. Bulletin contains most of
what the Forum used to contain. The current plan is to scrap the Forum
almost entirely, except for the few things that have to be private and
internal, and put all the money into the Bulletin.

Also true. Also happening. Cynthia Ward's column is online at the
Bulletin web site. Since it will now be coming out six times a year,
it should be much more current. Ralan's keeps pretty current, but too
many of the others do only occasional updates. And Ralan's format is a
pain to work through. Are there better and more up-to-date online
reports than Ralan's? Which do you recommend?

I'm hoping this is also going to happen. Other dialogs have been
scheduled.

The direction of the Bulletin is likely to change considerably over
the next year. Maybe the question is how to get people to realize that
change is happening, if only slowly at first.
