It's not clear to me whether Klepto and HerrScheme are separate
implementations, or choices within a single implementation.  If they are
separate, then their R6RS libraries can be stored in separate directories
on the filesystem, as is done with separate releases of Java, gcc, and
so on.  If they are choices, then they can still be stored in separate
directories within the implementation's library directory.
