This is what I would have liked ask each candidate: - your vision (where would you take the language) - your gripes (what do you think are the problems with R5RS or R6RS). - your philosophy (how will you address the above two) - your qualifications (how you can make a positive difference)
Obviously I will vote for the candiates who agree with me on these! Anyway, I have tried to evaluate the nominees using these criteria, by looking at their statements and by reading a bunch of messages (unfortunately limited as I resubscribed only this Friday). A bit late for this but I'd be grateful to know about specific messages that help with this. Would be nice if the next time around these criteria are spelled out in each nominee's statement.
