And as for case sensitivity, I propose that every implementation
should choose for itself what its default sensitivity is, but for all to
understand the #!case-fold and #!no-case-fold tokens.  Trying to force all
implementations to be case-folding has just caused implementors to violate
the standard anyway.  The barn door is open, and the ship has sailed.  :-)

That leaves only modules as the elephant in the room, and I believe it's
more of a Maltese elephant than people believe.  More later.
