Hi Gil,
As below ...
Regards
Neil F
Playing Virtual Super 12 is easy. Once you've registered,
all you need to do is log in each week and predict the
winning teams and margins for the coming weekend's games.
You'll also have the chance to compete with your mates to
score your own status points. And everyone who plays has a
chance of winning great prizes.
You can even win a great prize by introducing your mates to
the game before 11 March. Click on Pass It On for details.
Earning Points
For each Super 12 game, you'll earn 5 points for correctly
predicting the winning team and an extra 3 points if you get
the right margin range too. Predicting a draw is a gutsy
call so we'll give you double points if you pick this
correctly - that means you can earn as many as 16 points
from just one game!
Make Your Picks
It couldn't be easier. When you log in, go from your
personal home page straight to the Make Your Picks area
where all you need to do is make one selection for each
match. Your options are to select either side to win by 12
or less, 13 or more or a draw. The following example is a
prediction that the Blues will beat the Hurricanes by 12 or
less.
Not sure which team to back? Make a Random Pick by selecting
this option from the Make Your Picks page. This will make a
fully random selection, which you can then submit or modify.
DEADLINE - 6pm EACH FRIDAY
Just make your picks for each game in the round, hit Submit
and let the points rack up! You'll need to get your picks
done before 6pm (NZ time) Friday to be in to win.
If you can't get your picks in before the deadline, we'll
make them for you - but only on the first two occasions. We
won't be held responsible for the quality of our picking and
there's a fair chance you'll be better off if you make them
yourself!
Prizes
Virtual Super 12 offers a grand prize for the overall three
winners. We've even got a prize draw for getting your mates
to register. For each mate you tell, that registers, you'll
get an entry into the draw.
Your Mates
Rivalry with your friends and family makes Virtual Super 12
even more fun. By creating your own mates list, you can
track exactly how they're doing and measure your own success
against them.
In fact you can create two mates lists - one for family, for
example, and another for workmates.
With the search and find function it's even easier to find
your friends. All you need to do is find your friends then
add them to your mates list. Then each time you visit you
can instantly track their performance. You can even add from
our list of Rugbyheads to see how you rate against the best
in the business. And at the end of the round you can also
review their picks to see how they scored their points.
Rugbyheads
Test your performance against our panel of experts or use
their picks to improve your own game.
