Personally, I think the whole t-shirt thing is done to death. The one
I got from RWE 2008 (a great conference, BTW, well worth the time) was
in the bag for the thrift store hours after I got home (tie dye
doesn't look good on me). This is a common problem; that and many
women I work with complain about the masculine centeredness of most
such marketing gimmick.
A nice ball cap with the logo embroidered or a simple button up
collared shirt? Ok, I've just blown the budget.
For a t-Shirt, I vote for either simply on the breast pocket.

Agreed on the minimalism. Another suggestion for back content:
"script/generate hilarious_tshirt_text". Not really Radiant specific,
but you know, it works in our crowd. :)
(And someone let me know if that's been done before – it seems like
someone must have thought of that before, but I haven't seen it yet.)

Second, John suggested putting a pithy saying on the back of the

appreciate some
more input on that (or if you want a blank back).
I'm of the less-is-more school of t-shirt philosophy: big logo, no
text,
empty back. This leads the casual observer to wonder: "wither your
awesome
shirt, sir?" leading to inquiry, evangelization, and eventual
conversion to
Radiant. (But if we must: how about simply "No fluff" on the back?)
