I would rather something in the admin interface, we want to allow the 
researchers handle their own publications.  If a daemon/script is my only 
option Ill bite the bullet

Must it be from the front-end?  Or is it OK if pages are auto-inserted
into the backend using a constantly running daemon/ an on-demand script?
