I don't think that there is anything that's directly available as an
extension (at least, I don't seem to know any). That said, it should be
relatively easy to knock together the basic support - inserting a page
is not too difficult. But, you'll need to see about updating the admin
interface to upload the file - you'll want to use something like
atachment_fu to upload the file and then process it in the background.
