I guess you mean you want the Radius/*.pm files installed somewhere other than
the perl lib directory?
There are a number of ways to do it.
By default radiusd will look for its Radius/*.pm files in the current
directory, and then in the perl library paths. You can add extra directories to
the searchpaths with the -I switch to perl.
So you can do this:
1. cd to the directory containing Radius/*.pm and run radiusd from there, or
2. Tell perl about extra places to look for libraries with the -I flag:
perl -I /wherever /usr/local/bin/radiusd .....
