It would be helpful to see the Radiator log file corresponding to the Cisco
debug. It is difficult to tell what is going on otherwise. Two possibilities
come to mind, however, one is "Use encrypted passwords" checked in the PC
dialler, and the other is typing the password in uppercase.
Send us the debug and the configuration file (no secrets) and we'll have a look.
