As far as I am aware, all you have to do is reply with either an Access-Accept,
or an Access-Reject. If the NAS gets an Access-Accept, it will continue with
the normal authentication, otherwise if it gets an Access-Reject it will simply
hang up the call (or not even answer in some cases).
