As you can see from the trace above, the packet contains the Called-Station-Id
as the User-Name, and a Service-Type of Outbound-User. So you can set up a
Handler , usually with an AuthBy PORTLIMITCHECK, like this:

<AuthBy PORTLIMITCHECK>

</AuthBy>
