Sure, make that argument. I'm complaining about people saying "a mosque -on-

Whoa, those are two different things, which it is important to distinguish. I 
for one think it is important for people to be able to hold and advocate 
beliefs contrary to current law, and even join movements which have a history 
of violence and revolution -- as long as they are committed to working within 
the system. 

Or would you also outlaw Communism, neo-Nazis, and anarchists? White 
separatists? Christian reconstructionists? Atheists? Where do  you draw the 
line, once you start judging ideologies rather than actions?

I agree we need to confront Islam with it's hypocrisy, bur in order to separate 
the "pragmatists" from the jihadists - not lump them together.

I agree there needs to be much more open debate about these issues. But I know 
one good reason for tolerating them: as long as Islam isn't illegal for 
condemning Homosexuality, Christianity won't be either. :-/
