Title: If you don't read the newspaper you are uninformed, if you do read the newspaper you are misinformed
So we are going to argue the "at" vs "on" vs "nearby" vs "close?"

Uh, you really want to pick at those nits??

Sure, make that argument. I'm complaining about people saying "a mosque -on- ground zero".

what the Qur'an teaches promotes violation of American law and of
the rights we regard as sacred. Worse, again and again, Muslims do, in fact,
carry out Shariah law commands and commit felony crimes on American soil
all the while with the view that they have done nothing wrong.

Whoa, those are two different things, which it is important to distinguish. I for one think it is important for people to be able to hold and advocate beliefs contrary to current law, and even join movements which have a history of violence and revolution -- as long as they are committed to working within the system.

Or would you also outlaw Communism, neo-Nazis, and anarchists? White separatists? Christian reconstructionists? Atheists? Where do  you draw the line, once you start judging ideologies rather than actions?

I agree we need to confront Islam with it's hypocrisy, bur in order to separate the "pragmatists" from the jihadists - not lump them together.

Exactly why are we supposed to tolerate this nonsense ?

I agree there needs to be much more open debate about these issues. But I know one good reason for tolerating them: as long as Islam isn't illegal for condemning Homosexuality, Christianity won't be either. :-/
