Thats why I pointed you directely to comment #13, where it
(reproducable) simulates "network up but sb-server down".
I think this one is neither related to timezones (which was another
bug) nor IP-switching (as in these scenarios my IP didn't switch).

I'd be very interested if those two scenarious happen to you as well
(and if you can find more interesting scenarios of course).
