I recently purchased the Squeezebox radio as my third squeezebox device. Other 2 devices work fine wirelessly.
This device will not connect with Wep security turned on. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone with a technician who knew very little about networking/device/etc? I can connect if I turn all security off. Device also works fine via ethernet? I have reset to factory defaults. Powered on and off my router countless times. I have reinstalled the latest firmware for radio twice at suggestion of Logitech support. I see lots of other wireless threads with many people having success in the end. Is there anything else I should try or is my unit most likely defective? Thanks.
