Firstly - My new SB Radio will play BBC Radio Ulster, RTE and music from the house server but while the screen shows images from the BBC no sound comes out. other channels show 'buffering x%' before playing but BBC streams never get that far. Two factory resets have made no difference. The built-in BBC app reports an error: no tracklist found (I think that's the wording.)
Any advice? Am I the only one with this problem? I could have stuck to my old cheap radio, it simply worked... this bit of kit makes me feel like an idiot with more dosh than sense. Secondly, my Duet, when I go to My Apps, tells me the device is registered to someone else. How do I tell it yes, it's registered to ME? The dialogue screen appeared magically a few minutes ago, refused to accept 'Continue' as a command, and now I can't even find that dialogue any more. Very frustrated. If this is modern music streaming, my setup has serious prostrate issues. Help appreciated.
