What menu are you using to play the BBC - there are a number of ways and different formats so there may be a choice of solutions.
The "no playlist found" error often happens only with BBC stations when using a Windows based server with Kaspersky security s/w. Kaspersky holds onto some of the network traffic. What OS does you server use ?
