Thank you. Going through Kaspersky's settings and authorising all the Squeezebox elements seems to have done the trick.
I suspect the issue my Duet is having stems from me using two Squeezebox accounts. I rather think the Radio and the Duet on separate ones, so if one bit of kit is happy the other isn't.
