I agree that case 1 is important. But, I also think that 2 may be a bit higher than you have placed it. Remember that Radio is portable. It has a battery. Many beta testers have theirs in their kitchen, or move it around the house - use it outside, etc. It's more than just something that sits next to the bed and gets used for an hour each morning.
