It feels like all these discussions are slowly converging on something which seems sensible and feels more like what you'd expect of an alarm interface - namely simple options based on buttons/dials which can easily be found in the dark/eyes-glued-shut. Only thing I would add is that turning the wheel is very easy to do whilst fumbling around the buttons, so for me, solution would be: * Snooze: Press the big navigation wheel * Alarm off: Press the volume dial or power button But it sounds like people fall into two distinct use-case camps: Those that snooze (guilty) and those those that don't. Perhaps the action of pressing the wheel should be configurable: Snooze or Alarm-Off. Everybody's happy, no ? I guess there is still more than one viewpoint about what people would like to see when the alarm fires (snooze-menu, big clock, now playing). I personally see no need for a mini-menu which is unreadable in the dark and makes the current time display much smaller and harder to see. Final annoyance for me is that I'm rapidly coming to the conclusion that I need to leave the local server running 24x7 just to ensure my alarm behaves itself. If the alarm fires at 6am (when the local server is down) its a real shame the radio can't switch over to mySB automatically and play the radio station I chose. It insists I play that same radio station via the local server.
