I'm able to reproduce this situation easily. It's similar to what is described in post #13 already:
While my radio is connected to mySBS.com and is playing a radio station happily, I'm turning my PC on and when the local SBS is up and running I switch to it and select an artist/album/song to play. The dot in the title bar is moving now, but there's no sound. Pausing/resuming or stopping and restarting the song or even selecting a different album and song doesn't help.
