There isn't for one simple reason: if the pc is off, there's no
computer to run the plugin. The SB2 doesn't know the time of day, it
only knows how to light up whatever pixels a server tells it to light
up. This isn't an issue with the newer "fat" devices like the SBC, SB
Radio, or SB Touch. Or for the Boom, which has a built-in clock.

Sorry if this is repeating earlier advice, but have you looked at the
SrvrPowerCtrl plugin? It can monitor SBs for inactivity, and after the a
user-specified time suspend/hibernate/shutdown the SBS server and switch
the SB over to mysb.com.
