There isn't for one simple reason: if the pc is off, there's no computer to run the plugin. The SB2 doesn't know the time of day, it only knows how to light up whatever pixels a server tells it to light up. This isn't an issue with the newer "fat" devices like the SBC, SB Radio, or SB Touch. Or for the Boom, which has a built-in clock.
