Although I have no problem maintaining a solid Internet connection, the contact with the mysqueezebox.com server is erratic at best. In my third support call, they were supposed to email me the port numbers I need to be sure to have open. The email never arrived. Does anyone know the ports, or a website where I can find them?
I dread calling back because last time I sat on hold for twenty minutes just to be transferred to a SALES rep who had no idea why the call went to her.
