Thanks - but while the Internet radio station presets work fine, I'm
often unable to connect to myslingbox.com to load/change settings, and
if it does connect, it drops out frequently after a few minutes. 
Meanwhile there's NO problem listening to any station already assigned a
preset.

This leads me to believe the myslingbox server is utilizing different
ports than standard http protocols. The tech started to read a list of
specific ports that the myslingbox server uses, but my ability to
understand her was limited.
