This is because the font I use in this thread is from a Taiwan
education institution.  Understandable, simplified Chinese characters
are not well supported.  I always use Traditional Chinese and it works
perfect for me.  You may want to experiment with another font like the
one suggested in the Squeezebox Wiki from Google Android font library.
