Thanks to Google's Android Font and the smart guy extracting the font, now we have the perfect font for the radio. The DroidSansFallback.ttf font is only 3MB in size and supports latin, japanese, traditional and simplified chinese.
Download the system tar at the following link, extract and copy the DroidSansFallback.ttf.
