The situation improved a lot, but mainly due to the server changes two weeks or so before the 7.4.2 update. Unfortunately, there are still some issues with the alarm. E.g. as discussed before, there's a very high chance that it stops without backup if the router reconnects during the alarm. Also my Radio still looses the MYSB connection sporadically (blue WLAN symbol) although the internet connection and WLAN is perfectly valid. In this state, there is no way to reconnect to MYSB but to reboot. This happened at least twice since the 7.4.2 update. So there's still lots to do to make the Radio as reliable as any cheap alarm clock.
