Well, I ordered Radio accessory pack from Logitech about a day after it
became available... the online store showed "in stock".  Needless to
say, I'm still waiting (call to sales support indicated more stock in
late April or May).  Well - today I received email from Logitech.com
which stated:

"Thank you for your recent purchase at the Logitech Online Store. We
hope you’re enjoying your product and it’s meeting or exceeding your
expectations."

It included a link to a survey to describe my "shopping experience" at
Logitech.com.  Needless to say, my responses were not very positive!
