Yes, but slim devices is based in Mountain View, CA :) Nonetheless, This battery fiasco is ridiculous. They had plenty of time to build up stock while batteries were sitting in the warehouse, but then mere moments after the release of batteries, the batteries were sold out. Now batteries are for sale everywhere except the US where they are expected in April.
