7.5 isn't much better (I'm assuming that all these reports are for earlier versions of the server). I use the 7.5 nightlies and get that annoyingly upbeat built-in music loop going off at some very strange and seemingly random times.. and sometimes the Radio uses that sound instead of my default alarm sound (for no good reason I can see).
I only choose to connect to my local SqueezeBox Server and my network is rock solid.
