Didn't I write that in some other thread ? Once the backup alarm started, it won't trust anything from the server. Actually the server doesn't even now that a backup-alarm is running, because the Radio decides on its own for this type of alarm. So currently no way for a timeout for these backup alarms. I guess you should create an enhancement request in bugzilla, that backup alarms always stop after 60minutes. To all others: If I was you I'd be starting a support-request to get more traction on this annoying bug. Be kind and describe your problem as exactly as possible (I'm on the latest official version ... had a alarm which timeouted ... after that MySqueezebox/my internet-connection disconnected and a strange loud alarm started .. this is happening nearly everyday and the backup alarm doesn't stop itself, this annoys my neighbours ...)
