Just a couple of things.
The reason your Radio and Controller behaves differently from your Boom
is that they use different protocols and hence different services on the
server.
The problems may very well be caused by the upgrade, but not
necessarily the upgrade you downloaded to yout products. Since the
Touch started shipping Logitech had to upgrade the server software on
MySB. I would rather think the problems lie in that software.
As far as I know Logitech added more server capacity earlier this year
after the problems encountered in December. It seems unlikely that the
problems are due to insufficient processing power and that some sudden
increase in sales caused the problems this time.
