Install any previous version you want (7.4 minimum needed for Radio), connect Radio to older version, update (downgrade) the Firmware. But... this may or may not solve your problems. Also you will be bugged to install the new version every time you connect Radio directly to MySB.com (if you wish to use MySB directly). If/when you get the update prompt on MySB just select HELP then hit the Home button to ignore the update. On SBS > Settings > Software Updates > *set to* Do not Check for and Do not Download. I don't think this will avoid the MySB update though.
