There's no question Logitech has screwed up this product, and there's equally no question that ad nauseum complaining won't help them fix it any faster. IPhone and EAP: I hope someday you buy a product outside your area of expertise, based purely on marketing promises - maybe a car, or a vacuum cleaner - and it fails to perform its basic functions. I hope you go looking for answers and are told that of course everyone knows you need to put in this aftermarket transmission and tweak the gear ratios to get good performance.
