I think one of the developers indicated that the support people mostly
reads Logitech's official forum at:
http://forums.logitech.com/t5/Wireless-Music-Systems/bd-p/WMS_General

So people that want to complain, and want Logitech support to see the
complaints, should probably do it there instead of here where mostly
community members reads and posts. Of course, the best way is probably
still to use the official support channel and call the Logitech
Support.
