I cannot play most of my music. It say the file can't open. I called the support group and they took me through a bunch of useless steps before telling me that the new upgrade won't allow me to play mp4s and other types of files (which is most of my music!). They said to convert my files (I don't have 40 free hours to do this) but a few that I tried it on don't work. Why can't they revert back to the old version that could play music??? I can't figure out how to download 7.4.2 instead. I am mad. I am thinking about Sonos instead.
