Just a guess: I am thinking that maybe because the whole world is downloading a new firmware releases this mysb.com-network is not stable enough for alarms :( ? If you do it via MySB.com thats the first thing you should stop be doing (as you can never be sure, that the alarm gets synced to the Radio in time). For this you have to enable remote access (in the advanced settings), connect with the program 'WinSCP' and download the file '/var/log/messages' right after you experienced the alarm just stops. If I find more time I might even look into the source to see if logitech changed something to the bad. Thats the only help I can provide at the time.
