The Radio was advertised as having an alarm clock and people expect
advertised functions to work, it doesn't really matter if it's the
primary function or not.
As mentioned by others, we need more information of your setup. Besides
what have been said earlier it would also be great to know if the
station you have configured as alarm works if you play it as normal and
not through an alarm.
Generally speaking, don't expect to get a perfect alarm clock with
current firmware if you are using mysqueezebox.com. The alarm should be
possible to get reliable so it always output some sound at the right
time, but it might sometimes scare you a bit by outputting the high
volume fallback alarm instead of the correct station, at least that
happens to me more or less every morning. Usually mine starts to play
music from my local Squeezebox Server and then switch to fallback alarm
after a while.
Anyway, answer the questions if you like to get it to work more
reliable.
