Sorry everyone, I should have made it clear that (1) things were stable with SBR 7.5.1 and SBS 7.6.0 (2) I then upgraded to SBR 7.6.0 and then the wireless problems started (3) I reverted to SBR 7.5.1 but the problems persist.
This is why I asked the question whether the SBR 7.6.0 upgrade might have overwritten some files that were not included in the 7.5.1 downgrade (if that makes sense?). @BLatSD I haven't tried downgrading SBS to 7.5.1. It will involve a bit of effort, which is why I am putting it off. But if noone has any other suggestions then I'll give it a try. Acutally, you have just given me an idea. I'll stop SBS just to make sure that, even when streaming from mySB.com, SBS is not in some way interfering.
