Distance to the server shouldn't matter in the issue of displaying art or station logos. SBS running on your computer does handle this issue much better than does MySqueezeBox.com. But the streams (and included data within the stream) are still traveling the same distance. i.e. a stream originating in Moscow is the same distance to my player whether I'm using SBS or MySqueezeBox.com.
