After upgrading to firmware 7.5.1 r9009 I have experienced the 'frozen' screen just once in the last 3 days. Prior to that it was more frequent, but I suppose it could be that I am just not repeating the exact sequence that causes it.
I rebooted, but then I was unaware of the work around suggested by BLatSD. When it happens again I will try his 'trick'. I am using SBRadio hardware version 5 and mysqueezebox.com.
