I regularly sync 4 SB players via WiFi without such issues, even streaming full WAV files. Touch, Radio, Boom, SB3. But I only have a single Radio in the mix. Maybe it's having multiple Radio's causing the issues? Or is it maybe one cranky Radio in the sync group causing the issues? Maybe try syncing 2 players for a day, then 3, then all four. Might just find a single culprit causing the entire sync group to act flaky. Dunno, just thinking out loud.
