It took a while and even more trial and error, but to a user, only two networks show up - Open and Secure. A connected device on either connection will automatically switch to the better signal if the device is taken from one end of the house to the other.
Most of my frustration was trying to figure out how to get the SB Radio working correctly. It works with the AP's that are a part of the wired LAN (where the SB Server lives), but not with the separate subnet "Guest" leg of the LAN. Do you know of a way to have the SB Radio find the SB Server when the Radio is atached to a separate-subnet leg of the LAN and the Server is on the primary LAN? The SB3 and Boom will do that, but not the Radio. Thanks. -- whdean ------------------------------------------------------------------------ whdean's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=9127 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=85609 _______________________________________________ Radio mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
