The very nature of wifi is such that it can never be "guaranteed to work" .
All factors are not under your control, other networks and other sources of rf interference can change around you . Anf if it works today ok, but next month ? Surfing the web with a laptop can be ok during rather shoddy network conditions, but streaming music demands constant continuous uninterrupted wifi of good quality .
