I don't think so, because usually it's just a short disruption and the
player audio buffer is able to handle it and it's able reconnect before
the buffer runs out of audio data. The issue is that the alarm code by
design interpret a disconnection as if the server can't be trusted and
the fallback alarm in the player takes over even if it only disconnects
for a second.

I would personally like the alarm to be able to handle short
disruptions on the network but Logitech has decided that this shouldn't
be allowed as there is a risk the alarm will silence and not wake you
up. I guess the alarm is designed to just be a wake-up alarm and not a
player that plays music for 30 minutes when you already is woken.

At the moment I don't have much need for a plugin like this  myself. I
think there once was a bookmark plugin but I'm not sure if it has been
updated with the latest server versions.
