Thanks but the problem is I can't sign in to see what data is showing for my router. I tried this before while the Logitech guy was on the phone. I have a call out to a local professional computer guy who may be able to help me, for a fee, of course. I am tempted to give Netgear the $100 for a software upgrade but prefer to have someone do the hands-on here in my home, even if I have to pay for it. I trust this guy and the company he works for - not a large corporation. Maybe I just should buy a new router instead of upgrading this Netgear WGT624v3 - 108 mbps. I kept the password for when I set up the router and my C.Crane WiFi radios in 2007/008, but evidently the old router's software just won't work with the SB. I've gotten 4+ years out of this router. I know that technology needs to be updated often. Thanks anyway.
