Thanks so much, castalla. I never noticed that info on the bottom of the router before. However I had already tried that login while on the phone yesterday with the tech guy at Logitech. The only thing I can think of is that the computer guy who helped me set up my network and 1st Internet radio 4+ years ago must have changed the signin and I didn't understand how important that was. That same computer guy later encrypted all my data on my hard drive 2 years ago and I lost everything. I spent a lot of money trying to get it back. I had Carbonite but they could not produce all my data from the previous day. I also had an external hard drive but that was all encrypted and lost too. Long sad story. Needless to say, I don't use that guy anymore. Let me ask you one more thing about entering my password. It's 8 numbers but on my CC radio, I had to enter the word END at the end. Do you think there is something there? I tried entering END after my password on the SB and it didn't help. First I tried not entering it. Then I tried putting the < and > symbols around END but that didn't work either. I guess I keep hoping it will be something simple like that.
