Hi, everyone. Thanks again. I tried several different signons for the router, including sequential numbers for the password. The expert may have said this is important and I just didn't note it. I remember him writing something down but I think it was my password to connect my network to the radio and that is what isn't working. I have looked everywhere for something that was written down and will keep looking. But I think I will take the advice and go buy a new router today. A Linksys?
