@Graym: no, I can't control the volume of the SB-Radio. @MnyB: I admit I'm no genius in the ways of digital/analog/pots/whatnots. But if the device is capable of receiving a signal that says "make it louder" why would it matter where the source of the audio came through since it all has to end up in the same place eventually (meaning, at some point, it has to go through volume control so that it can be outputted to the speaker)
